Section A: Definitions

  1. The term "publisher" in this agreement shall refer to Suphanat Isarangkoon Na Ayutthaya a/k/a Soup Isarangkoon (and any other variation thereof).
  2. The term "viewer(s)" shall refer to any and all reader(s) of this website. By viewing the site, reading it, or following any advice on it, the viewer(s) agree to the statements set forth in this agreement.
  3. "Both parties" shall refer to the "publisher" and the "viewer(s)." Any other persons or entities shall be referred to by name or as "a/the third part(ies)."
  4. "This agreement" shall refer to the version of the agreement on this page www.stretchpedia.net/legal.html as dated in Section B.

Section B: Version of the Agreement

  1. The agreement is to assume its full legal force and effects on Aug 25, 2025, at 12:00 AM UTC+7, and is agreed to by the viewer and the publisher to have superceded any and all other agreements regarding this site written or that came into effects before the aforementioned date and time. Any judicial actions, must it be determined by a court of law of a United Nations-recognized sovereign country to be able to be taken, on any events that happened before the afforementioned time and date, shall only take into considerations the agreement that are in effect on this site at that time. This agreement shall cover any and all actions and events that happened from the date and time this agreement takes effect until the date and time the next agreement that superceeds this agreement comes into effect.
  2. The version of this agreement, coming into effects on the date and time in Section B.1 shall be referred to also as Version 2.0 of this agreement.

Section C: The Terms Agreed upon by Both Parties

  1. This website is written and published by the publisher.
  2. The publisher is a contortionist who trained in the arts of contortion since April 2023, and has since amassed some knowledge regarding flexibility training.
  3. The publisher makes no claims however that they are, or that they have consulted with (while writing this website) any physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or any trained medical professionals.
  4. This website is written from anecdotal perspective and not meant to be a substitute for medical advice, and is not to be used as a mean to rehabilitate or alleviate pain from injuries, nor should it be used to correct medical problems (perceived or real), as those can only be done by medical professionals.
  5. The content of this website is offered as is and without any guarantee of the results or safety should any advice be followed, and that the use of this website is at the user's own risk. By continuing to follow any advice or browse through this website further, the user agrees to all terms laid forth in this disclaimer, and agree to hold the publisher harmless from any and all legal actions by the users or any representatives or kins of the users, regarding the injuries, or deaths arising from following any advice on this website.
  6. Should any part of this agreement be deemed not enforceable by a court of law of a United Nations-recognized sovereign country, any and all other clauses of this agreement shall still retain their legal effects.

Section 4: Prayer for Relief through a Judiciary

  1. Although Section C.5 of this agreement stated that the publisher must be held harmless by any and all legal claims from the viewer(s) or their kins and representatives, should a court of law and/or justice of a United Nations-recognized sovereign country or a court of law and/or justice of its constituent jurisdiction overrules the Section C.5 of this agreement and the legal action can be brought against the publisher, it is agreed to by the viewer to seek justice in only the following court of law: (a) Samut Prakan Provincial Court, which has jurisdiction over the Bang Phla Sub-District, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakarn province of Thailand in which the website is maintained at the time of writing of the Version 2.0 of this agreement; (b) the court that has jurisdiction over the city or municipality that the viewer resides in at the time of the incident at issue. Should there be multiple court systems that have jurisdiction over that city or municipality, it is agreed upon that the venue for justice is the larger and more over-arching court system that has jurisdiction over that municipality (i.e. in the United States, this would be the federal court systems); and (c) any courts of appeal that takes cases from the aforementioned courts in (a) and (b).
